*CREATION of a design for the PROPOSAL= 30 days
*DELIVERY of the PROPOSAL with theoretical and graphic description of the design created + conversation with you.
*Your REVIEW of the proposal= 15 days
*Our FINAL SETTING of the details of the proposal for your approval and implementation. = 15 days
*LICENCE APPLICATION planning permissions. IMPORTANT: The approval time for these permits depends entirely on the municipality concerned.
*DEVELOPMENT of plans and calculation reports that define the technical characteristics of the project. FOR EXAMPLE: electrical installations, plumbing, communications, etc.
*Project REVIEW by the COLLEGE of Architects.
TIME ENVISAGED to complete this stage: approximately 45 days.
